DISSOLUTION/CANCELLATION/TERMINATION 

To Whom These Presents Shall Come:

I, the undersigned Lieutenant Governor of the United States Virgin Islands, being satisfied by due proof, do hereby certify that the following domestic business entity BCC CHARLOTTE AMALIE LIMITED a Domestic Profit Corporation, has filed a(n) Dissolve a Profit Corporation, in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor the requisite documents and/or consents set forth in the Virgin Islands Code, and the Rules and Regulations of this Office.

Wherefore, the aforementioned entity is hereby dissolved, canceled, and terminated, subject to the lawful fulfillment of the laws of the Virgin Islands, as witnessed by my seal below.

Effective Date: August 17, 2021
