Duane Woods Jr., a former employee of of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, was indicted in District Court on St. Thomas on charges of receiving stolen government property and grand larceny, U.S. Attorney Gretchen C.F. Shappert for the District of the Virgin Islands announced Friday.
According to the indictment, Woods, who worked for FEMA at the time, converted FEMA property to his own use, including a generator, phones, monitors, and iPads.
The case is being investigated by the Department of Homeland Security-OIG and the FBI. It is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Nathan Brooks.
What about the lady school principal in St.Thomas that had a whole generator trucked from a St Thomas school to her house to run her Air Conditioner ?????

Actually, a thorough top to bottom forensic audit of the Mapp administration spending must be done. We must get this branch of government cleaned up. There will be pain. But let’s do it now, locally.
