W-2VI Forms are now available for pick up in the lobby areas at all Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) offices on all three islands, according to a press release issued Monday by the BIR.

Employers are encouraged to order Form W-2VI and the information returns online. To order the forms from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) go to this link.  The link to the IRS online ordering site can also be accessed by visiting BIR’s website: http://bir.vi.gov.

“We are pleased that we can provide these forms to the employers this early in the filing season. This will assist with those employers who need extra time to recreate their books and records after the storm, and still meet the deadline so that their employees can received the W-2VIs by January 31st,” said Director Marvin L. Pickering of the BIR.
