First Mail Coming To Cruz Bay St. John Since Irma

For the first time since Hurricane Irma struck, there will be some mail on St. John Tuesday, Sept. 26 according to U.S. Postal Service representative Maureen Marion.

The Cruz Bay Post Office will be provide handout of mail service Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Packages and mail are being transported to St John for Tuesday availability.

There will be no retail service (stamps, money orders, shipping) available. This post office is located at 100 Vesper Gade.

On St. Thomas, more packages and mail are being brought in for Tuesday.

The Charlotte Amalie Post Office will provide mail and package pickup for customers whose addresses include the ZIP codes 00801, 00802, and 00803.

Havensight Station has been providing mail for post office box addresses with ZIP Code 00802 and now also for mail handout for customers in the ZIP Code 00804, served by the Emancipation Gardens office. East End /Tutu Mall continues handout for addresses in ZIP Code 00805

Post Offices in St Croix remain closed.
