Climate Matter Workshop Set for Jan. 12, 13 at UVI

Climate Matters Workshop is a two-day interactive workshop and discussion on how climate change affects the Virgin Islands. It will take place from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 12 and 13, at the University of the Virgin Islands Administration and Conference Center. The event is free.
Also, The Public Forum on Climate Change will feature a free lecture at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 12, at UVI’s Administration and Conference Center. The featured speaker will be Prof. Michael Taylor of the Climate Studies Group, University of the West Indies.
The workshops are presented by UVI’s Caribbean Green Technology Center and the Climate Studies Group, University of the West Indies.
