Man Assaulted in Lindbergh Bay Area

A conversation turned violent Saturday evening and a man was assaulted, according to the V.I. Police Department.

At 9:50 p.m. Saturday, VIPD officers contacted the victim of the assault, which occurred in the vicinity of the Price Master Convenient Store in Lindbergh Bay. According to the report, the victim had been involved in a discussion with several men outside the Price Master.

The victim told officers the discussion escalated when three men in the area assaulted him, causing lacerations to his face and head.

The victim, whose name was not released by police, was transported to the Schneider Regional Medical Center, where he was treated for the injuries and released.
