The V.I. Police Department on Friday reported two incidents that occurred Thursday.
– Mukesh Sajwani, 55, of Estate Contant was arrested and charged with disturbance of the peace and threat/domestic violence.
Sajwani was arrested at 6:25 p.m. in conjunction with an incident in which he allegedly threatened to kill his spouse. Sajwani was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections.
– At 1 p.m. officers executed an arrest warrant issued by the Superior Court and arrested Winston Jarvis, 38, of Vesta Gade. According to the warrant, Jarvis was charged with failure to keep sexual offender registration current.
Bail for Jarvis was set at $5,000. He was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advice of rights hearing.
