Cory L. Christian was arrested and charged with trespassing and other charges after he was found inside the High Tide Bar and Seafood Grill in Cruz Bay, St. John, according to the V.I. Police Department.
Police said Christian, who is 27 years old and originally from Wisconsin, broke into the establishment at 3:30 a.m. Wednesday. He was seen searching through cabinets and drawers.
Police charged him with second degree burglary, destruction of property and trespassing; bail was set at $26,000 and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
