Police said Felicien had been a passenger in a Ford Focus that was stopped Wednesday in Contant. During that stop police executed an arrest warrant on another male in the vehicle. A .38 caliber handgun and another weapon were found when the vehicle was impounded and inventoried.

Felicien was arrested at about 9:40 p.m. Friday. He was placed on a $25,000 bail and remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
