Huldah Viola Vialet of the Queen Louise Home died on May 19 at the Schneider Regional Medical Center. She was 91 years old.
She is survived by daughter, Noreen West; sons: Felix Vialet Jr. and Aubrey Vialet Sr.; brother, Leando Innis; sister, Audrey Malcolm; daughters-in-law: Marie Vialet and Cynthia Vialet; son-in-law, Joseph West Jr.; grandchildren: DeEtta West, Joseph West Jr., Shawn Vialet, Felix Vialet III, Marjorie Vialet, Aubrey Vialet Jr. Anthony Vialet, Monique Simon, Tess Monsanto and Gerald Gift; 11 great-grandchildren; adopted daughters: Ellarine Batiste and Ashmae Fergus; special great niece, Monique Farrell; several nieces, nephews, cousins and godchildren; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A first viewing will take place from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, May 30, at Davis Funeral Home Chapel. A second viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 31, at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Interment will be at Western Cemetery No. 1.
