Speak the Word Ministries Offers Bible-On-The Go

Bible-On-The-Go is a dynamic, cutting edge bible study founded by Pastors Dexter and Terry Skepple, who are the pastors of Speak the Word Ministries International, a thriving, non-denominational ministry on St. Croix.
The Skepples started Speak the Word Ministries in October of 1998 with eight people in their first service. As they have both taught numerous Bible studies over the years, they recently decided, “We want to change the way we do Bible Study.” With the vast changes taking place in social media and communication today, both pastors realized that they needed to change the way they were doing things in order to reach more people with the Gospel of Jesus. And, so Bible-on-the-Go was born.
Pastor Terry, the class instructor, calls it “a ministry without walls;” it crosses boundaries and tears down the walls of denomination, location and situation. Bible-On-The-Go is for anyone who has a desire to study the Word without limitation or inhibition. She is currently teaching on the Life of Christ.
Anyone interested can call in every Wednesday from 7-7:45 p.m. (Atlantic Standard Time). The number to call is 702-84-BIBLE (702-842-4253). Bible-on-the-Go has a Web site where all the notes and audio for each class can be found, as well as some other tools and resources at bibleonthego.org, or look on Facebook @ Bible On The Go.
Each week, the number of callers has been growing steadily with people calling from the territory, North and South Carolina, Florida, Washington, Georgia, Texas, Canada, and across the U.S. It’s an interactive experience, where each caller has the unique opportunity to raise their hand using their phone keypad to ask a question or participate in a class discussion.
