Innovative Announces Carnival Hours

The management and staff of Innovative extend Carnival well-wishes to the people of the U.S. Virgin Islands and announce the holiday schedule for the business centers and retail stores.
The Innovative Business Centers, which include the customer care departments for Innovative Telephone, Innovative Cable TV and Innovative Long Distance, will close Friday, April 26, and Saturday, April 27, in observance of the Children’s Parade and the Adults’ Parade, respectively.
Innovative Wireless locations at Estate Diamond and Plaza Extra West on St. Croix and Tutu Park and Nisky Center on St. Thomas will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, April 26. The stores will close on Saturday, April 27. All offices will resume normal business hours on Monday, April 29.
Customer service is available for Innovative Wireless customers at 777-8899. For Cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. Customers using wireless phones can reach the repair center at 778-1742. Please have available the telephone number, statement number, address, description of problem and brief directions. For assistance, Innovative PowerNet customers should call 714-3700. Innovative customers may also report a service problem online by logging on to www.innovativevi.net, clicking on the “Contact Us” button at the top right of the home page and selecting “Repair Center” as the subject in the “Submit An Inquiry” section. Customers may also e-mail their report directly to the following address: svcupdt1@innovativevi.net.
