Junior Tri VI Good Hope School Splash ‘n Dash Results Are In

Junior Tri VI Splash ‘n Dash, sponsored by the Good Hope School, that took place on Sunday, April 14, was a huge success. Nearly 70 competitors, big and small, took part in the swim/run event at Chenay Bay. For the first time there was a parent/child category where the times of the parents and children were combined to see which team was the fastest in each age group. Visitors Reid and Lewis Chamberlain were the fastest team in the 5-6 category, the Andrews boys took the honors in the 7-8 category, father/daughter team of Anton and Nati Kuipers were the winners in the 9-11 division, and Jarred and Sophie Dean were the dynamic duo in the 12-15 group. The teams received gift certificates for a lunch or ice cream for two.
The next race is the final race in the 2012-2013 series – the IHOP Grand Finale Triathlon at Cramer’s Park on Sunday, May 19. Attached are the full results of the race.
