Ellen M. Magras Promoted to Chief Warrant Officer 5

Ellen M. Magras, Chief Warrant Officer 5, United States ArmyEllen M. Magras, United States Army, was promoted to Chief Warrant Officer 5 (CW5) on March 1 after serving more than 27 years. Upon graduation from St. Croix Central High School in 1985, she entered the U.S. Army as a private and has attained the highest rank in her field. CW5 Magras is currently assigned to U.S. Central Command at MacDill, in Tampa, Fla. She is the daughter of Dariel C. Ruiz (Scarbriel) and the late Richard J. Magras.
She has plans to retire after 30 years of service. She sends greetings to all her family and friends in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
