The Raymix were unable to capitalize on their many chances as they were held to a 0-0 draw by the HT Victory in the St. Thomas Region’s 2012-13 league final on Tuesday night at the Lionel Roberts Stadium. The Raymix needed to win in order to overtake the New Vibes for second place.
In an evenly matched first half, the Raymix missed a golden opportunity to take the lead on a break- away just before the break. The Raymix took over the secnd half as several chances were not converted due to ordinary finishing and aggressive goalkeeping by the HT Victory’s Maxine Lundy. The league runaway champion, the Positive Vibes, and the New Vibes have earned the right to represent the region in the upcoming club championship.
