Man Arrested in Valet Parking Theft

TeSean Halliday, 24, was arrested around 3 p.m. Tuesday and charged with grand larceny in connection with an incident Dec. 12, 2011.

Police said Halliday was positively identified as the person who allegedly removed $1,250 from a valet parking station at a St. Thomas hotel.

Halliday was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
