Innovative announced an update for customers who received telephone directories with incorrect address labels.
Innovative Telephone customers began receiving telephone directories in January 2012. The directory management team was advised by the U.S. Postal Service that some of the directories were sent to post office boxes and mailboxes with incorrect address labels. An investigation found that , in some cases, the first name on the address label is incorrect but the last name and address is consistent with the customer on record. Further, although some of the exterior address labels are inaccurate, the telephone listings inside the directory are correct.
Innovative encourages customers to disregard the address labels on the outside and ensure that the listing inside is correct. The telephone listing inside the directory is the critical piece of information that will be used by readers to contact residential, business and government subscribers. Innovative apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause its subscribers.
