Leroy A. Gottlieb Sr. died on Dec. 12.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Gerda Gottlieb; daughter, Janice Gottlieb; sons: Leroy Jr., Wilburn and Mark Gottlieb; brothers: Elsworth, Eugene, Ashley (Pete) Gottlieb and Eric Bonelli; sisters-in-law: Grace, Norma and Myrtle Gottlieb, Magdaline Bonelli, Iris O’Donoghue and Ruth E. Thomas; nieces: Debra Gottlieb and Cadia Hodge-Grade; nephews: Christian and Calvin Gottlieb; cousin, Leayle McFarlane and many other relatives.
He is also survived by grandchildren: Janeale, Jacqueal, Shanda, C’Quon, Cassandra, Wilburn Jr., Natosha, Me’Kisha, Mark Jr., Leah, and Avion Gottlieb; three great-grandchildren; special friends: Cecil Galloway, Rubert Abramson, Barbara Pierson, Tom and Mary Hardy, Blanc Fleurismond, Raymond Stevens(Stew) and Dean Shulterbrandt; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Services will be held Thursday for Leroy A. Gottlieb Sr., who died on December 12, 2011.
There viewing will be a viewing from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 21, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home. Services will be held on Thursday, Dec. 22, at 9:30 a.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral Restoration Fund.
