The University of the Virgin Islands has announced parking restrictions that will be in effect on the St. Thomas campus during the upcoming Paradise Jam Basketball Tournament. The tournament will be played from Nov. 18-21 (men’s games) and Nov. 24-26 (women’s games) at the UVI Sports and Fitness Center.
Parking will be available in the main Sports and Fitness Center parking lot, with additional parking available at the Classroom Administration Building, the Administration and Conference Center, and the Reichhold Center for the Arts parking lots. Parking is prohibited on the sidewalks along the Julian Jackson Drive (between the UVI Golf Course and ball fields). Vehicles parked illegally or those blocking intersections may be ticketed and/or towed.
