On Thursday, Nov. 3, How ‘Bout Your Pet and the Dog House Pub will kick off the start of the 2011 season with a fashion show featuring the latest in canine styles — with a twist. These dogs will be strutting their "scruff" to help out their feline friends. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Humane Society’s Cat Café Program. This event will be held at the Dog House Pub in Havensight.
Dogs on the "catwalk" will be modeling new styles for 2011 inspired by Kate and Will’s Royal Wedding as well as the latest in hip West Coast trends. Also being featured will be a sneak preview of the upcoming How ‘Bout Your Pet holiday collection.
Those who decide to purchase their pet’s fashion-show outfit, will have the $10 registration fee applied to the cost of the outfit. All fashion show participants will receive 50 percent off anygrooming service at Market Square Pet Supply to prepare for the event (call 626-7558 to book your appointment, expires Nov. 3).
