V.I. Charter Yacht League Hosts Annual St. Thomas Fall Yacht Show

Yacht Haven Grande Marina will once again play host to charter vessels of all shapes and sizes at this year’s Annual St Thomas Fall Yacht Show, Nov. 4-6. Over 80 certified charter yacht brokers and industry professionals will be in attendance at this premier marketing event.
The Virgin Islands Charter Yacht League is looking for volunteers for all areas of this huge event. Check-in desk, dock security, event staffing and guides are needed to help insure its success. This is always a great opportunity for prospective charter crew looking for seasonal employment, to meet and greet the captains and owners of VICYL’s local fleet.
To be a volunteer, display your services as a local business or participate as a sponsorship partner, contact Executive Director Erik Ackerson at 774-3944 or by e-mail at info@vicl.org
Registration begins Friday, Nov. 26, and continues up until the 6 p.m. Captain’s Meeting on Dec. 15 at Tickles Dockside Pub. Crown Bay Marina will once again be offering free dockage to all participating boats which will greatly assist in decorating.
Cash prizes will be awarded the top three entries based upon most creative use of lights, best holiday theme and best in overall creativity as determined by a celebrity panel of judges. Awards ceremony will be hosted by Tickles Dockside Pub immediately following the parade.
