On July 16 a male victim told police a vehicle pulled up beside his vehicle in Estate Williams Delight and that a passenger got out and pointed a long gun at him. The victim fled the area and contacted police, who spotted the vehicle with two occupants inside a short time later. Officers pursued the vehicle until it stopped in a grassy area.
A suspect, who was later identified as Davis, exited the vehicle, grabbed a weapon and fled the area.
Another suspect, 23-year-old Ramon Luis Cruz of Estate Williams Delight, also exited the vehicle and pointed a weapon at a police officer. He was arrested at the scene.
