G-Clef Music Academy is launching a new toddler music program called “Music 4 Toddlers.” Parents who have children 16 months to 4 ½ years old can enjoy the thrill of participation with their toddlers in a 45-minute weekly session of singing, moving, dancing, listening, clapping rhythms and playing percussion instruments in a comfortable environment. The encounter provides parents with an opportunity for fun and positive interaction between their toddlers while developing and enhancing cognitive, gross and fine motor skills, team work, coordination, poise and confidence.
The enrichment program is being taught by an experienced toddler education instructor will teach the enrichment program, which will begin Sept. 7 at the Academy’s Tillett Gardens location. The Music 4 Toddlers program culminates with a family sing-a-long performance when the toddlers and the entire family share their excitement for music on stage.
Registration for the program is between 9-11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31 and between 4-6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 2. Several toddler sessions are being offered, but space is limited.
