Crime Stoppers Needs Your Help

Crime Stoppers needs your help to reduce crime in our territory. If you know something, say something, as law enforcement cannot control crime without your help. Even the smallest bit of information may be just what law enforcement needs to solve these cases.

St. Croix: On Wednesday July 6, at about 4:30 a.m., shots were fired outside a strip club on Company Street in Christiansted, leaving several vehicles damaged by bullets. Witnesses heard shots fired outside the strip club and then saw a dark colored pickup truck leaving the scene at a high rate of speed. When law enforcement arrived, they found only gunshot damage to several vehicles and to the doors leading to the strip club. Later that morning, police were notified of a 22-year-old male victim at the hospital who had suffered several gun shots wounds to the body from the shooting outside the strip club. Help law enforcement put an end to this senseless violence.

St. John: On Tuesday Jan. 11 at 2:02 p.m., police were dispatched to Merchants Commercial Bank on St. John in response to a robbery. Sources stated that two armed masked men stormed into the bank, robbed it of more than $20,000, and escaped in a blue Suzuki Jimny. One of the robbers was wearing a blue jump suit and white sneakers.

St. Thomas: On Thursday June 30 at about 8 p.m., Mr. Dennis Harrigan was robbed of his chain at gunpoint in the Savan area. During the robbery, the gunman shot Mr. Harrigan, causing serious injury.
