Ivanna Eudora Kean H.S. Holds Spring Concert

Ivanna Eudora Kean High School (IEKHS) invites the public to its music department’s annual Spring Concert entitled “The Rhythm of Spring”at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, in the school cafeteria.
The concert will feature a variety of musical genres ranging from classical, gospel, hip hop and calypso. Music will be performed by the steel orchestra under the direction of Glenn Elskoe; the chorus and jazz choir under the direction of Jeannette A. Rhymer; and the concert, jazz and Dynamite Rays Marching Band under the direction of Dionne R. Donadelle.
Donations are $5 for students and $10 for adults. All proceeds benefit the IEKHS music department.
“Please come out and support our students, and give to a most worthy cause as we celebrate ‘The Rhythm of Spring,’” said Principal Sharon Ann McCollum, Ph.D.
