American Red Cross Offers Courses on CPR, AED and First Aid

There will be a CPR/ Adult, Child and Infant First Aid for the Workplace course on given on May 14, 21 and 28. Training is available to group of a minimum of 10 any day of the week Monday through Friday. The CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer class is scheduled for June 4. Classes are based on enrollment and are subject to change. Should a company or organization require special consideration and scheduling, please contact the chapter office at the address below.
The revised schedule for the Chapter Instructor course is May 17, 18, 19 and 20. These are the reserved dates for St. Thomas to perform American Red Cross Chapter Instructor training. The courses offered are First Aid, CPR and an AED training course. The classes will start at 9 a.m. and end by 5 p.m. There will be an hour lunch break and a 15-minute break in the morning and in the afternoon. Candidates must be present for all four days and must successfully complete all exams and all skills to qualify for the American Red Cross Chapter Instructor in First Aid/CPR/AED Training Course Certification. Please be advised all candidates receiving this training will be required to sign an American Red Cross Chapter Instructor Agreement and teach classes as required for the local chapter. The local chapter no longer offers authorized provider agreements.
