Two Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges

Police officers made two separate domestic violence arrests—one on St. Croix and one on St. Thomas, according to the V.I. Police Department.

Vanessa Adams was arrested on St. Thomas after allegedly throwing a brick through the windshield of her boyfriends’ car, while Austin Depusior was arrested on St. Croix after he pushed the mother of his child and punched two other men.

Adams was arrested at about 8:30 a.m. Sunday at a private residence in Estate Tabor and Harmony. Police were called to a disturbance at the residence and were told by the suspect’s boyfriend that he and Adams had an argument and that Adams damaged his vehicle by throwing a brick through the windshield.

Adams was arrested and held without bail due to the domestic violence charges pending.

Depusior was arrested at about 9 p.m. Sunday and charged with first-degree burglary and domestic violence. Police said Depusior forcibly entered his ex-girlfriend’s home and assaulted two men who were inside. Depusior also pushed the victim and broke a glass window, police said.

He was also held without bail due to the domestic violence charges.
