VIUCEDD and Autism Network Hold Autism Conference

The University of the Virgin Islands Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (VIUCEDD) and the V.I. Autism Network will hold their fourth annual Autism Conference.
On St. Thomas it will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, at the UVI Administration and Conference Center. Advanced registration is required. Contact Andrea Plunkett at 693-1173 or aplunke@uvi.edu or Angela Belfon at 693-1322 or ablefon@uvi.edu
On St. Croix it will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, at UVI North West Wing Great Hall. Advanced registration is required. Contact Sandra Pierre-Louis at 692-4267 or slouis@uvi.edu.
The keynote speaker will be Jed Baker, Ph.D., director of the Social Skills Training Project, an organization serving individuals with autism and social communication issues.
