Bill No. 29-0009 – An Act to reprogram funds from the Public Parking Lot Fund to the V.I. Public Finance Authority to use as leverage and partner with a private entity to design and build a multi-level parking facility at the Fort Christian parking lot.
Bill No. 29-0010 – An Act amending Title 33, chapter 3, subsection 1, Virgin Islands Code to establish a $3 ocean common carrier tax on each cruise ship passenger entering St. Thomas and St. John

Bill No. 29-0011 – An Act amending Title 17 V.I.C., by adding chapter 20 providing for a voluntary pre-kindergarten program for four-year-olds under the Department of Education
Bill No. 29-0017 – An Act appropriating $500,000 to the Department of labor to fund Summer Employment opportunities for high school and college students throughout the territory.
