Cancer Support VI Throws a Venetian Carnival Masquerade Ball

Cancer Support VI has announced its 5th annual fundraiser to support cancer patients and their families. This year the theme is “A Venetian Carnival Masquerade Ball.” To date, CSVI has received 390 applications for financial assistance and has distributed over $340,000 to V.I. cancer patients on all three islands
The event will be held from 6:30 to midnight on Saturday, March 5, on the terrace at 1600 Kongens Gade. It will be an evening of fine wine tasting paired with gourmet cuisine prepared by Alexander Treml. Guests will be welcomed into a fairy-tale world of dancers, opera singers and musicians. Waiters in livery will serve sumptuous cuisine. Wine will flow and dancing will continue until the bewitching hour.
Parking will be available in the Fort Christian Parking Lot, and shuttle service will be provided throughout the evening.
Auction items can be reviewed on the Web site www.cancersupportvi.com
Tickets are $125 per person. 100 percent of the proceeds raised will go into the Community Foundation of the VI fund as the event is completely underwritten by International Capital and Management Company. Please call Charlene for reservations at 715-5806.
