James Emanuel Dover, also known as “Dova,” of Herbert Grigg Home for the Aged died on Jan. 21. He was 70 years old.
He is survived by his daughters: Misty Dover-Harley, Sindi Dover and Natasha Dover-Miranda; sons: Stedroy, Wayne, Noel and Shawn Dover; grandchildren: Esthena Wenham, Larry Williams, Anthony Harley Jr., Antoine Harley, Shenice Brow, Steve Brow, Raenata, Reana, Rachael, Renine, Jahmoy, Jeremiah, Shekinah, Jalicia, James E. III, Jared, Sean, Anthony, Elijah, Ahijah and Amira Dover, Joneisha Caleb, Jomarie Caleb and Shanlel Ferrer; sister, Daphne Simeon; daughters-in-law: Peola and Licia Dover; sons-in-law: Roan Miranda and Anthony Harley; special friends: Denfield Jones and Jacqueline Jones; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing at 9 a.m. will be followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 1, at St. John’s Episcopal Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
