Richard Thomas Hebert, born January 22, 1940, passed on to be with his heavenly Father on January 17. He was born in Burlington, Vermont, and graduated from the University of Ottawa. Richard was a gentle man who will be deeply missed by his loving wife Maria of 39 years.
