Iver Eric Abramson Dies at 83

Iver Eric Abramson, also known as "Doc," of Hannah’s Rest died on Jan. 9 at the Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. He was 83 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Abramson; daughters: Caprice and Bernetta Abramson; stepdaughter, Bridget Walton; son, Marc Abramson; stepson, Lamon Walton; grandchildren: Karch and Kylee Abramson; step-grandkids: Tiffany, Shane, Rashad, Joshua, Xavier and Zyla; daughters-in-law: Elizabeth Abramson and Crystal Walton; brothers: Rupert Abramson; brother-in-law, Joseph Francios; nieces: Beryl Doward, Myrtle Green and Wlima Abramson; nephews: Melvin Peterson, Rudy Abramson and his children; great nieces: Valerie, Melanie, Linda, Sandra, Pamela and Marcia, Maureen Peterson and Marlene Peterson; great nephews: Michael Boutte Sr., Melvin Jr., Howard Boutte, Egbert Jr., Dwayne, Dameon and Maise,; special friends: Deloyce Ford, Carmen, Nestor and Wendy Acosta, Gloria and Herbert Adams, Stan and Kathleen McCow, Lyn and Diane Cupid and family, Phyllis and Earl Charles, Joe Francois, Mr. and Mrs. Roland Benjamin, and Marilyn Abraham and family; cousins and other relatives: Irvin and Helena Mulgrav and Loma Abel; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing at 10:30 a.m. will be followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 20, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery, Veterans Section.
