Lewjahri Viqui Padre Lindo Henley Dies

Lewjahri Viqui Padre Lindo Henley
Lewjahri Viqui Padre Lindo Henley, also known as “Drummer Boy” or Bo-bo Boy’,” died on Jan. 6, 2011. He was born on Jan. 9, 2008. There will be a viewing held from 8-10 a.m. on Monday, Jan. 17, at Memorial Moravian Church. A service of celebration will follow at 10 a.m. Interment will be private. The family requests that pastel colors be worn to celebrate the life of this toddler who touched the lives of so many.

Lewjahri is survived by his mother, Monique Green-Lynch; father, Lew V. Henley Sr.; siblings: Naysa R. Lynch, Lewalie, Lew, Jr., LuShavon, Lubin, LuSeane and Lunique Henley; grandparents: Joshua Green, Eleanora Peters, Louis Henley and Lucia L. Henley; aunts: Emery Louis, Lydia Joseph and Angela Roberts; uncles: Lorn Henley Sr., Clemanso Louis, Ickford Peters, Ferdinand Peters, Dane Roberts, Reverend Dr. Charles Peters, Hilroy Joseph and Jeremiah Lynch; great aunts: Sandra Lindo, Valarita Francis, Edris Robles, Cynthia Lindo and Agnes Roberts; and great uncles: Clarence Lindo Sr, and Richard Lindo, Melrose Lloyd and Earlwyn Wynter.
He is also survived by cousin and godfather, Albert “Bobby” Lindo; adopted grandparents: Honorable Judge Ishmael and Gwen Meyers, Edward Thomas, Carmen Matthew, Ida Dawson, Maudlyn Watson, Cecil Marshall, St. Clair and Evelyn Woolward and Sylvia Fagg; adopted godmother, Judge Audrey Thomas; godparents: Estellita “Baba” Petersen, Judith Mayers, Lisa and Paul Jones, Joycelyn Adams, Mr. Collin and Rev. Anique Elmes-Matthew, Genevieve Donovan, Marsha and Nnkea Williams, Kimberly and Keima Willett, Gregory Rhymer, Leslie Smith, Clifford Graham, Juan Christian, Desiree Marshall, Dianne O’Garro, Doris Daniel, Hilderene George, Dr. Catherine Kean, Shirley Rymer, Barbara King-Archibald, SandraAnn Massac, Elaine Lynch, Cicely Joseph, Carlton and Vernell Stevens, and Sheila Jean.
Other survivors include Lewjahri’s buddies: Jovier Adams (godbrother and drum instructor), LeOndre Marshall (godbrother and best friend), Te-Quann Gregoire (godbrother), Brendon O’Garro (godbrother), Tsalom Roberts and Jasmine Gardiener; special godsisters: Lisa-Marie Hodge, Makia Petersen and Katisha O’Garro; the faculty, students and staff of Pride and Joy DayCare and Pre-School; and a host of family members and close family friends much too numerous to mention.
