What Isn't the Government Taking Control?

Dear Source:
I wonder! I wonder why the mud slide on Hull Bay road has never been cleared? I wonder why there are a bunch of abandoned cars where a lane should be (when you pass the airport turnoff and two lanes turn into one and an abandoned car lot). I wonder why the old squirrel cage location has been left to be the eye sore of the waterfront and the potential danger to the public walking by. I wonder what happened to the government’s ability to take control and get the Fort painted and out of that jail that it lives in today. That fence is ugly. It wants to be a backdrop for all our tourists photographs but can’t because of a fence and lack of paint…What gives?
Thanks for allowing me to vent.
