Eli C. McKenzie, also known as "King," of Clifton Hill died on Dec. 17, at his residence. He was 77 years old.
He is survived by his spouse, Sybil S. McKenzie; daughters: Rev. Georgeanna, Hannah, Aretha and Lisa McKenzie; stepdaughter, Arlene Swanson; sons: Ashton, Herman, Clive and Augustin McKenzie; grandchildren: Alicia McKenzie, Travis, Jesse, Ashley, Chemoy, Kareem, Jamal, Chantel, Loverne, Iresha, Isiah, Monica, Schanise, Noni, Caleb, Samiah, James, Josh, Andrew, Nathan and Keemani; great-grandchildren: Neveah, Mehki, Cory and Jameve; daughters-In-Law: Beverly and Verna McKenzie; special friends: Artene Neusvile, Jeniffer Celestine, the Marius family, the Johnson family, the Morus family, the Johnson family, Celetha Guy and the Ryan family; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 29, at the Witnesses for Christ Church in Estate Clifton Hill. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
