Education Urges 7th Graders Interested in Medicine to Attend Summer Program

The V.I. Department of Education encourages seventh grade students in the territory who are interested in medicine to get a jump start by applying for participation in the 2011 Summer Physicians Scientist Training Program. The six-week training program will be conducted from June 26 to Aug. 7, at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Completed application packages must be submitted by Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010.
