Craig Stevens, 42, was arrested Wednesday after police said he stole a motorcycle from a St. Thomas business — in full view of a surveilance camera.
Stevens was charged with grand larceny and unauthorized use of a vehicle at about 6 a.m. Wednesday.
According to police reports, Stevens was caught on surveillance cameras breaking into the Biz Scooter Rentals Agency in Estate Thomas and taking a Honda motorcycle.
He was arrested and placed on $45,000 bail. Stevens was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
