Crime Stoppers Needs Your Help

Crime Stoppers is asking your help to solve the following crimes. If you know something, say something.

St. Croix:
On Sunday, April 20, 2008 at 11:10 p.m., Dean Martin, 24, of Estate Peter’s Rest, died in a private vehicle en route to the hospital after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds from a shooting in the Harborview Housing Community near Building 6.
According to police, a 21-year-old resident of Estate Peter’s Rest also sustained a gunshot to the shoulder. At approximately 8 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired in the same area. At that time, officers observed several spent shell casings in the parking lot near Building 6, but did not find anyone injured.
Later, after the death of Martin, bloodstains were found on the ground near Building 6. When the 21-year-old victim was questioned at the hospital, he stated that while sitting on the steps of Building 6, an unknown individual came up and began shooting at him. He did not provide a description of the suspects, and this is why we need your help. Please tell us what you know.
