Principal Lisa A. Hassel-Forde of the Gladys A. Abraham Elementary School has announced the following orientation schedule for the start of the 2010-2011 school year:
Friday, August 27
· All new students in grades one through six will report to the school’s cafetorium at 9 a.m. Each student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents must come with child’s immunization records and admittance slips.
Monday, August 30
· All students in kindergarten will report to the cafetorium at 8 a.m. Each student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents must come with child’s immunization records and admittance slips.
· All returning students must report by 7:45 a.m. for a full day of classes. School dismissal will be at 2:45 p.m.
Students must be in attendance for the orientation sessions and must be in the appropriate school uniform.
