Governor John P. de Jongh Jr. will convene a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority at 10 a.m., originally scheduled for Monday, Aug. 9, will now be held on Friday, Aug. 13. The meeting will be held at the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, No. 32-33 Kongens Gade, St. Thomas.
