Ex-Prosser Valet Arrested for Accessing Boss's Credit Card Records

In the latest move in the ongoing bankruptcy proceedings against Jeffrey Prosser—the former owner and CEO of Innovative Telephone—Prosser’s former valet, Arthur Stelzer, was charged in Florida for using Prosser’s computer and credit card account password without permission.
After Prosser went into bankruptcy, and after Stelzer’s employment with Prosser ended, Stelzer provided credit card records to Prosser’s creditors, giving information to the bankruptcy court that has been very damaging to Prosser.
The Florida charges allege Stelzer accessed the information without the legal authority to do so.
Stelzer was charged March 23 in Palm Beach County, Fla., with two felony counts: 1) fraudulent use of personal identification (i.e., for accessing Prosser’s credit card records after leaving Prosser’s employ); and 2) accessing a computer without authority—apparently for the same act.
Stelzer was released March 26. The online arrest report at the Palm Beach courthouse has no further information on Stelzer’s next court appearance.
