Rolston L.S. Friday Dead at 69

Rolston L.S. FridayRolston L.S. Friday of Estate Glynn died on March 11. He was 69 years old.

He survived by his wife, Phyllis Friday; son, Rolston L.S. Friday Jr.; daughters: Arlene S. Popp and Carolyn and Tracey Friday; stepdaughter, Joryn Turnbull; grandchildren: Ivoree and D’Andre Friday, Eric Popp Jr., Michael Popp, Renford Friday Jr., Tyrell Friday, Dean Nurse Jr., Jadon, Jeremiah and Denirah Nurse, Rexford Friday Jr., K’Shylah Friday, Frank Friday, Renaldo and Rheanna Becerril, and Nicole Turnbull; brothers: Haden, Archie and Hudson Friday; and sisters: Audrey Friday and Icilma Gweneth Knight. He is also survived by sisters-in-law: Trudy and Maude Friday, and Orlette Howell; brothers-in-law: Boyd Brookes and Edmund Brookes; sons-in-law: Eric Popp Sr, Donald Turnbull and Harry Becerril; daughters-in-law: Faye Strunkey-Friday and Maria Friday; nieces: Marcia Knight, Loraine Friday and Avril Friday; nephews: Wilfred Izen Friday, Wakefield Son Samuel, Freston Friday and Eustace Friday; and great nieces great nephews: Takiea, Shaqueena, Nicole and Douglas Friday, and Simone Samuel. Other survivors include uncle, Joseph Roberts; special cousins: Lana Charmaine Bruce-Miller, Wellem Greene, Lloyd Greene, Vilna Greene-Marcellin and family, Joycelyn Roberts, Dr. Charlesworth Roberts, Sylvester Roberts, Gladstone Roberts, Walston Roberts, Ivor Bing Matthew, Genevieve Friday, Laurel Friday, Isa Friday, Heletha George, Gerald and Jane Friday-louison and Edris Roberts; special friends: Winston Henry and Harold Little; other family: the Greenaway, Charles, John, Brown and Jeremiah families; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 26, at Friedensfeld Moravian Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
