Carmen Maria Felix Encarnación Dead at 81

Carmen Maria Felix Encarnación Carmen Maria Felix Encarnación, also known as "Dona Carmin," of Work & Rest, died on March 21. She was 81 years old.

She survived by her spouse, Basilio Felix Sr.; daughter, Carmen N. Osorio Felix; sons: Anastacio Tato Felix, Jose Antonio Papo Felix; stepsons: Basilio R. Felix and Akil Felix; grandchildren: Lixandra Osorio Felix, Alexandra Osorio Felix, Tahinee M. Felix, Kedir R. Felix, Maribel Felix, Jose A. Felix Sr., Karolyn M. Felix, Ana Maria Felix, Maria del Carmen Felix and Jamilah Felix; and great-grandchildren: Jose A. Felix Jr., Alani Marie Felix, Marimar Rodriguez, Juan Carlos Rodriguez, Kendrian Felix, Kayson Felix, Fernando Javier Serrano Osorio, Luis Ricardo Rivera Osorio, Alexander A. Rivera Osorio and Adriana Isabel Rivera Osorio. She is also survived by daughters-in-law: Margarita S. Felix, Maria Marin Felix and Rosita Garcia Felix; son-in-law, Aureo Osorio Flecha; sisters-in-law: Catalina Felix and Carmen Felix; nieces: Anita Davila, Carmen Golden, Gloria Diaz, Inocencia Bermudez, Ada Encarnacion-Mercado, Norma, Mary and Edna; nephews: Emerito Encarnación and Rafael Rafa Encarnacion; cousins and other relatives: Cristobel Encarnacion, Juan B. Felix, Jose M. Che Felix, Anastacia Felix, Delia Encarnación Molina and Vitalicia Ventura Torres; special friends: Ana Celia Felix and Ana Cotto; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be tributes at 9:30 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 27, at the Iglesia Metodista Hispana, Royal Manor. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
