The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) is notifying the public of its latest territory wide gas price survey findings. The survey was completed on Nov. 19, on St. Croix and Nov. 20, on St. Thomas and St. John.
Following the latest wholesale price increase by Hovensa, survey findings indicated visible price increases on St. Croix and St. Thomas. Prices remained unchanged on St. John for the second straight week. Hovensa’s 17 cents increase on regular, premium and diesel fuel took effect on Nov. 11.
St. Croix The following table indicates where consumers can find the best bargain for gasoline in the St. Croix District.

Premium (2.699) and Regular (2.399) Self Service at Seven Days Service Station and Mini Mart and Choice Service Station.

The highest prices found on St. Croix for full service gasoline were $3.89 for premium and $3.79 for regular. The highest prices for self service gasoline were $2.95 for premium and $2.59 for regular. The highest price per gallon for diesel fuel was at $3.50.
St. Thomas The following table indicates where consumers can find the best bargain for gasoline on St. Thomas.

The highest prices found on St. Thomas for full service gasoline were $3.31for premium and $3.19 for regular. The highest self service gasoline prices were $3.19 for premium and $3.09 for regular. The highest price for diesel fuel was at $3.30 per gallon.
