Minnie Jackson-Jones died on Nov. 1, at Schneider Regional Medical Center. She was 53 years old.
She is survived by her son, Stanford Pelage; daughters: Shakima Jackson, Bernadine Jones-Evelyn and Gloria Jones-Pemberton; grandchildren: Neigel, Nyel, Nykai, Nyesha and Nequan Evelyn, Jaedyn and Cameron Pelage, David Pemberton Jr. and Maylisa Pemberton; uncle, Burton Jackson; aunts: Luella Jackson Williams, Yolanda Penya, Bernice Jackson, Gertrude Samuel and Violet. She is also survived by sons-in-law: Nigel Evelyn Sr. and Daniel Pemberton Sr.; daughter-in-law, Paula Gibbin-Pelage; special cousins: Byron and Vernice Williams, Myron and Sharon Jackson, Diana and Lavern Wesselholf, and Ari Arri; as well as many other friends and relatives too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, at Memorial Moravian Church. Interment will follow at Western Cemetery No. 1.
