Violet Agatha ArmstrongBough,also known as “Aggie Bough,” of Estate La Grange, Frederiksted, died on Sunday, Aug. 9, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 79 years old.
She is survived by her daughter,Ingrid A. Bough, J.D.; sister,Gloria Armstrong Horton, MD; sister-in-law, Christine Armstrong; niece, Kathy Horton Grayson, MD; and nephews: Michael T. Horton, MD and Dr. Norman Armstrong. She is also survived by special cousins: Gloria Gerard, Virginia Figueroa, Marvis Richards, Ralph Richards, Earl Charles and wife Phyllis Charles and family, Gloria Gerard, Virginia Figueroa, Doreen Charles Pemberton, Sylvan Charles, and Geraine Armstrong and family; special friends: Delta M. Dorsch, Eleanor Westerband Simms, Evelyn James, Charles Emanuel, Teresa Perez and Funa Matthew; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10:30 a.m. and a funeral service at 11:30 a.m., on Thursday, Aug. 20, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Anglican Church, No. 28 Prince St., Frederiksted. Interment will follow at the Frederiksted Cemetery.
