The schedule to get IDs
All new 9th graders will report to Charlotte Amalie High School according to the first letter of the last name to (1) take photographs for their school identification cards, (2) present immunization records and (3) pay fees.
Monday, Aug. 17……..8 a.m.: Names A-F
Noon: Names G-M
Tuesday, Aug. 18……. 8 a.m.: Names N-S
Noon: Names T-Z
Wednesday, Aug. 19….8 a.m.:
All returning students who need to purchase a permanent school ID are to come in today. Returning students may also present immunization records and pay fees at this time. Doing so will avoid congestion and unnecessary delays during orientation. Fees are: $15 for ID; $15 for school accident insurance; $10 for PTSA dues; and $5 for an assignment book (9th graders only).
All students must have attended orientation and must have a schedule and permanent school ID in order to attend classes on the first day of school.
