Hooray for the VIPD!

Dear Source:

Hooray for the VIPD! Late yesterday afternoon (Monday, 27 July) two young men were surprised in the act of breaking in and stealing video equipment by my son in law. The police were on the scene in less than five minutes. Thanks to the VIPD, and everyone in the neighborhood, the thieves were apprehended a few hours later and all of the stolen property recovered.
