Police Investigate Tuesday Homicide in Frederiksted

Police on St. Croix are investigating a homicide that occurred at about 10:45p.m. Tuesday in the vicinity of the Frederiksted Vegetable Market.
The victim has been identified as 35-year-old O’Neal Mulley, also known as “Tully.”
According to preliminary investigative reports police responded to shots fired in that area.
A private vehicle was already transporting a shooting victim to the Juan F Luis Hospital. The ambulance met the private vehicle on the way to the hospital and began treating the victim, but the victim died later at the hospital during surgery.
Criminal Investigation Bureau and Major Crime detectives are following all leads in this case. Anyone in the community who has any information on the homicide can call Crime Stoppers USVI at 1-800-222-TIPS.
